1.0 Scope
This document provides recommended layout methodologies and guidelines when designing a baseboard to be used with the AMD Geode LX ETX module. The ETX module is driven by the AMD Geode LX 800@0.9W* processor and AMD Geode CS5536 companion device. For topics not specifically covered in this document, use standard high-speed digital design methodologies in order to maintain as much design margin as possible and to ensure a quality PWB (Printed Wired Board). This layout guide is not intended to be a strict “Layout Requirements” document.
