conform functionally to the Device Data Sheet
(DS41203 D), except for the anomalies described below.
Microchip intends to address all issues listed here in
future revisions of the PIC16F688 silicon.

The PIC16F688 (Rev. A4) parts you have received Silicon Revision History
conform functionally to the Device Data Sheet
(DS41203D), except for the anomalies described below. Improvements from Rev. A3 to Rev. A4 Silicon are as
follows:
Microchip intends to address all issues listed here in
future revisions of the PIC16F688 silicon. The POR circuit has been enhanced by raising
the rearm voltage to 1.2V.
