屏幕显示控制器MB90098A设计手册

MB90098A is an on-screen display controller that supports a maximum dot clock frequency of
140MHz, enabling demultiplex output (2-pixel parallel output).
MB90098A provides a high resolution display: a maximum screen configuration of 32 columns
and 16 lines as well as a maximum dot configuration of 24 dots  32 dots per character.
Therefore, it is most suitable for LCD displays in SVGA, XGA and SXGA classes.
MB90098A enables a variety of display functions such as sprite character display, screen
background character display and graphic character display.
