Introduction
ST LRI64 is an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) memory IC, powered by an externally transmitted
radio wave. The memory is organized as 15 blocks of 8 bits each, of which 7 blocks are accessible as
Write-Once Read-Many (WORM) memory. The first 64 bits are one time programmable and can be used
to store an Unique Identification number (UID).
