Introduction
This is an off-line wide range VIPer12A dual outputs power supply that operates at a
switching frequency of 60kHz and is set up for secondary regulation with an optocoupler.
The total output power is 6W and is delivered through two outputs, a 5Vdc and a 12Vdc.
This reference design is geared towards any general-purpose switch mode power supply
