The MB89560/MB89560H/MB89560A series is a group of 8-bit single-chip microcontrollers
supporting application specific ICs (ASICs) that were developed as general-purpose versions of
the F2MC-8L series microcontrollers. These microcontrollers can be used over a wide range of
applications ranging from consumer products to industrial equipment.
This manual describes the functions and operations of the MB89560/MB89560H/MB89560A
microcontrollers for engineers who develop products using these microcontrollers. For details

The Fujitsu Limited reorganized its LSI business into a wholly owned subsidiary, the Fujitsu
Microelectronics Limited on March 21, 2008.
The corporate names “Fujitsu” and “Fujitsu Limited” described all in this document have been
revised to the “Fujitsu Microelectronics Limited”. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
