Range Limits and Waveform Gates Qualify Measurements
LeCroy X-Stream oscillo-
scopes have added a new feature,
available with options JTA2,
XMAP, and the Serial Data Ana-
lyzers, that allows users to qual-
ify measurements made with any
of the automatic measurement
parameters. In addition to the
existing measurement gate, new
acceptance qualifiers include
range limits and an external
waveform gate. This new fea-
ture is described graphically in
