移动学习(Mobile
Learning)作为一种崭新的远程学习形式，让学习者摆脱时间和空间的限制，使学习者真
正做到在任何时间、任何地方根据需要进行自主学习。从移动学习的实现方式看，移动
学习实现的技术基础是移动计算技术和互联网技术，
即移动互联网技术，如WAP、蓝牙技术、GPRS、UMTS
技术、移动终端等。随着3G移动通信技术的推出，必然为移动学习的迅猛发展提供更为
良好的技术支持，本文将分析3G移动通信技术的特征和优势，探索基于3G技术的移动学
习的模式，提出构建基于这种技术的移动学习支持服务平台。
