The ST band interleaving functionality enables any Access Point equipped with a single WLAN radio to simultaneously support 802.11a and 802.11b/g clients. This advanced capability dynamically allocates channel resources to any associated WLAN client cards on the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. The proposed chipset family architecture delivers the rapid band switching technology to support this advanced capability.
