The TLP222A Series is a normally open output and high-current rating photorelay with a 60-V OFF-state voltage. This Series is a low-end photorelay whose design is an optimization of the TLP227A Series detector chip. The TLP3120 and TLP3542 feature an ON-resistance reduced to 0.15 Ω and 0.10 Ω respectively while also supporting high-load current control.
