摘要：提出了一种新的DNA序列编码方法：快速可比对编码(FCC, fast comparable code）。采用该法可实现DNA序列的快速比对查找。对于庞大的DNA序列，其比对的工作量非常大，FCC编码法使得比对的速度加快，从理论上及实际的测算结果证实了FCC法的有效性。

Abstract: A new method for fast comparing DNA sequence is presented. The method is called as Fast Comparable Code (FCC). For long DNA sequence, the compare is imported but with very heavy calculate load. This paper studies the way to reduce the compare load and by real computer examination to show the FCC method efficiency.
