The MC511EA integrates a state-of-the-art 1.3Megapixel (1280H x 1024V) CMOS image sensor with an advanced, silicon efficient image signal processor to enable ultra compact 6x6x4mm camera modules with a single 2.8V power supply for cost sensitive mainstream embedded camera applications. The MagnaChip 2.2m M-Pixel technology, low noise 12-bit ADC and scene adaptive exposure control, noise filtering, color processing, tonal mapping and edge enhancement result in crisp, true color, low noise images. An on-chip regulator enables operation on a single 2.4 to 3.1V power supply source for reduced host system power supply complexity and cost. The device can be conf
