iSR12 is a product line of single-module platform optimized for ultra low cost GSM handsets. It integrates all the functions necessary for a dualband GSM/SMS mobile handset, including baseband, mixed signal, power amplifier, power management and RF transceiver, front-end switch and memory in a single monolithic module. The highly integrated module simplifies handset design, capable of working on 2-layer motherboard and no RF calibration required
