The problem is related to pin P01_0 if clock output of clock output function channel 1 is used with relocation (CKOT1_R).
If output of clock output function channel 1 is enable (COAR:CKOE1 = ’1’) and relocation of clock output function channel 1 (PRRR 6:CKOT1_R = ‘1’) is enabled, then Port data register PDR01:0 cannot be used to set the output level of P01_0.FUJITSU SEMICONDUCTOR CI704-00002-1v0-E
