基于飞轮储能技术的UPS系统

  摘要:本文介绍了基于飞轮储能技术的新型UPS系统,提出了高速飞轮充、放电方式的控制策略。飞轮电池代替传统的化学电池,具有免维护、寿命长、无污染的特点。在充电方式下,采用智能复合控制方法,使飞轮转速很好地跟踪设定的优化充电曲线;在放电方式下,根据电机升压斩波能量回馈原理,控制直流母线电压恒定,再逆变为交流电的控制策略。实验结果表明系统具有很好的动态特性。

  Abstract: A novel uninterruptible power supply (UPS) based on flywheel energy storage technologies was presented. The flywheel battery (that is, flywheel energy storage unit), which takes place of the conventional chemical battery unit, has the advantages of free maintenance, long life and no pollution. And the charging/discharging control strategies of flywheel battery are presented. In the charging process, firstly, flywheel charging optimized curve and its stability are studied. Then, the intelligent combined control strategies is adopted. And in the discharging process, firstly, the motor energy is feed in the dc line based on the principle of regenerative braking and dc voltage is controlled as constant. Then, UPS output control is simplified. Experiment results verify the novel UPS with better character and dynamical response.
