基于DSP和CAN总线的机车故障数据采集系统设计

  摘要:介绍了一种基于数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A和CAN总线技术的火车机车故障数据采集系统,阐述了系统的组成及硬件系统具体实现。并介绍了DS18B20的单总线通信和CAN总线通信及软件系统设计,该系统已在火车机车上成功试验,具有人机界面友好、操作简单、运行可靠,具有一定的应用价值。

  Abstract: Based on the digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A and the CAN bus technique, an exception-signals collecting system for locomotive applications is introduced for guaranteeing the long-term safety operation of the locomotive. The system components and the concrete implementation of the hardware subsystem are discussed. Besides, the single bus communication, the CAN bus communication, and the design of software subsystem are also presented. The successful trial experiment of this system on the locomotives has shown its potential advantages for application with friendly human/machine interface, ease-of-use, reliability of operation, etc.
