摘要:针对目前实时图像传输领域难以解决实时性、低比特与重建图像质量相互制约的问题,采用TMS320C6203B数字信号处理器、CPLD、异步双口存储器以及ADC和DAC,设计出一套硬件功能强大、算法效率高的实时图像编解码系统。此系统具有高效性、灵活性和通用性。利用四级小波变换和嵌入式零树编码的快速算法,实现实时的图像传输,在低延时和低传送比特率(512 Kb/s)的情况下得到比较满意的图像质量。结果显示较好解决了低比特率和高图像质量的一对矛盾。

Abstract:Aimed at the problems of real-time, low bit-rate and reconstructive image quality in the real time image transmission field, a real-time image encoding-decoding system with powerful hardware structure and effective algorithm is made by adopting TMS320C6203B digital signal processor, CPLD, asynchronous dual-port RAM, ADC and DAC. It provides with high-efficiency, flexibility、universality. Furthermore, the system fulfiles real-time image transmission by 4-level wavelet transform and embedded zero-tree wavelet encoding algorithm. The satisfied reconstructive image is gained in low-delay and low transmit bit-rate .The result shows that this system solves the contradiction between low bit-rat and high image quality better.
