| 英文提要: | Requirement of automat ic recognit ion of veh icle license numbers from their p lates is increasing fo r social services such as t raffic cont ro l and co llect ion mo to r2w ay charges. Th is paper p ropo ses an algo rithm based on mathemat ical mo rpho logy operat ions to detect the region of a veh icle licence p late from an image. The uniqueness of th is algo rithm, in comparison w ith o ther app roaches to th is p roblem, is that there are no special rest rict ions impo sed on the input images. A utomat ic recognit ion and classificat ion based on feedw ard th ree layers neural netwo rk s are used. A ll algo rithm s in the paper are verified at 586 computer and experimental results are efficient fo r recognit ion and classificat ion. |
