User Interface for ElectroMagnetic Structures
Overview
In version 7 of the AWR Design EnvironmentTM (AWRDE) suite, the user interface (UI) for ElectroMagnetic (EM) structures has changed considerably. The previous EM Layout Editor is removed and the Layout Editor used for schematic layouts is now used in its place. Use of the schematic Layout Editor eliminates the need to know both layout editors and provides significant improvements to the layout capabilities when drawing EM structures. There are several major use model changes with the new editor: The configuration of the EM structure has a completely new UI.
