34.121 is the WCDMA test standard for the mobile There are two main versions
RELEASE 99 - Old RELEASE 5 - New

The base stations of service providers will support RELEASE 99 and/or RELEASE 5. A handset vendor’s contract with the service provider will specify required compliance It is very important to know which standard is required due to significant test differences
