What is LTCC ?
Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic Used to create passive circuit elements such as capacitors, resistors, inductors, filters and resonators in a ceramic interconnect package LTCC integrates passive circuit elements Silicon integrates active circuit elements LTCC is an optimal solution as far as Embedded Passives, Packaging, and System Integration (MCM) are concerned.
