SP Nand Flash
The spec. of the nand flash packed in the MCP chip(including nand flash +
sdram or nor flash + psram + nand flash in single chip) is still the same
as the discrete one.
Except for the density of nand flash must be bigger than 32MBytes(A178 will
only support FAT16/32, no support FAT12), A178 is no problem to support
both small and large block NAND flash from Samsung, Hynix and Infineon and
also small block of Toshiba's NAND flash. pls. let me know if there is any
not clear.
