(DS41268 D), except for the anomalies described in this
document.
The silicon/specification issues discussed in the
following pages are for all silicon revisions. If, however,
questions do arise concerning the silicon revision
received in a particular factory shipment, please contact
your local Microchip sales office for assistance.
