MB2147-542 is a header board *3 used to connect the F2MC-16L/16LX emulator (model number :
MB2147-01) *4 and the F2MC-16L/16LX emulator PGA-299P adapter board (model number :
MB2147-20) *5 to a user system. that uses Fujitsu micro controller F2MC-16LX family MB90F352A
(LQFP-64P) .
This manual explains the handling of the LQFP-64P probe header for the F2MC-16 family emulator.
Before using the MB2147-542, be sure to read this manual.
