The MB2147-80 is a development support tool to be used in combination with the F2MC-16L/16LX
emulator (MB2147-01), PGA-256P adpter board(MB2147-10), and PGA-299P adpter board
(MB2147-20) to develop and evaluate application products based on the Fujitsu F2MC-16L/16LX
family of microcontrollers.
This manual is intended for engineers who use the MB2147-80 (hereafter called the RAM monitor
board) to develop applied products based on Fujitsu’s F2MC-16L/16LX Family microcontrollers.
The manual describes how to handle the RAMmonitor board and its functions as well as setting
procedures.Be sure to read it before using the RAM monitor board. Corporate names revised in the documents

Microelectronics Limited on March 21, 2008.
