Introduction

This application note describes the measured S parameters from the MT6140 receiver input ports and transmitter output ports. It helps to determine the initial matching networks of the receiver input ports and transmitter output ports. The optimum performance of the MT6140 thus achieved after fine tuning the initial matching networks. The reference plans of the measured S parameters are calibrated to the related input pin of MT6140 chip. The data are shown in the format of the real and imaginary parts of the input refle
