NS953
The NS953 is a CMOS low-power FM stereo radio IC designed for MP3, portable CD, MD, PDA ,cellular phone and other combination radios.
Features
Alignment-free. Low supply current. 3-wire serial bus interface model (NS953M-04) or IIC serial bus interface model(NS953M-13). RF Automatic Gain Control (AGC) circuit. High Cut Control(HCC) and Stereo Noise Control(SNC). No external IF BPF and discriminator required for FM and less external parts. Soft muting. Standby mode. VDD(analog / digital) DC. Operation guarantee temperature range Full CMOS process.
