微带功率放大器振荡分析

[摘要]微波功率双极晶体管是固态发射机中使用最多的核心器件，由它组成的微带功率
放大器在实际工作中常出现寄生振荡现象，影响放大器正常工作，甚至造成微波功率晶
体管的永久性损坏。本文对产生寄生振荡的原因作了较系统的阐述，并提出了一些相应
的消除寄生振荡的措施，从而使放大器更稳定可靠地工作。

The Analysis of Microstrip Power Amplifier Oscillation
[Abstract] Microwave power bipolar transistor is a core device of the solid-
state transmitter which is used most frequently. The microstrip power
amplifier consisting of it occurs parasitic oscillation frequently which
influences the operation of the amplifier, sometime makes permanent damage
