Campus Standards & Design Criteria

This section includes applying special coating systems to items and surfaces scheduled, including surface preparation, prime coats, and topcoats for interior and exterior surfaces Types of special coatings for interior and exterior uses shall be as indicated on the coating schedule. Coatings shall be: 1) Epoxy: two component, high performance, polyamide epoxy or polyamine epoxy coating Urethane or Polyurethane: Two component, high performance, aliphatic acrylic polyurethane coating Zinc-rich primer: Two component, high performance, zinc-rich moisture cure urethane Zinc-rich primer: Two component, high performance, zinc-rich moisture cure urethane Acrylic emulsion: sin
