一. Out of Spec問題.
一直以來, 很 多Rubber Keypad來貨 Out of Spec, 包括Force,
Click等導致一系列
的品質問題.一方面由于模具生產維修造成的變化及老化;
另一方面由于我公司部分
圖紙規定的Spec不恰 當, Vendor根本做不到或者很 難做到. 例如某Model
Keypad
P/N: 39-4033, 圖紙規定AF值為135(20, RF為90(10,
未規定Click值,Vendor做不到.
