New Method for Designing Internal Antennas of Mobile Phones

To facilitate the design of the internal antenna and to reduce its development term, we have created 3D-simulation technology that can be used in conjunction with a visualization method of the electric field distribution of the radiator. Hitachi Cable has used these technologies to develop a dual band internal antenna suitable for use in mobile phones. Our internal antenna is very compact (20 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm)
