Abstract Based on the transmission line model and cavity model of microstrip antennas, the equivalent models for Planar Inverted-F Antennas are developed. Several Planar Inverted-F Antennas are analyzed by means of present methods as examples. Comparisons of presents results and simulation results are given to verify the effectivity of present models.
